This was the worst experience I've ever had renting my property with this very dishonest and incompetent relestate agency

This was the condition Regina Schaefer from Chilcott Realestate returned our home back to us from after a "12 months lease
the final condition report said that the home was clean didn't need any sort of cleaning

So we had to spend 2 solid days scrubbing and cleaning the place up and down every wall so the next new tenants wouldn't be put off renting it out and Regina Schaefer from Chilcott Real Estate made no attempt in getting us any money or even $1.00 from VCAT hearing to clean the place up

This full licenced realestate agent Regina Schaefer also told me that there was nothing I could ever do about the dog being every being inside the house by law

After all the dog was never allowed to be a dog inside the home at anytime going by our contract from the start

This is the type of professional service that you will receive if you allow Regina Schaefer from Chilcott Realestate Nagambie to manage your property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also as per the entry and report exit reports - items were missing on the exit report
like x 1 smoke alarm, Spa suction cover missing

The kitchen down light wiring was also malicious cut by the tenants and the exit condition report showed that they did not work on the final inspection but were working on the entry report, so with a legal quotation and photo evidence by a qualified electrician, guess what Regina Schaefer said it was wear & tear and there was nothing I could do about it she told us that we may have rats in the roof
